On December 12, 2013, Bluedog Capital Partners, LLC closed a loan for $1.5 million on the property located at 245 Winter Street, Weston, MA. The purchase price was $2.3 million and the borrower brought $800,000 to the close. “The total assessed value of the home is $2,586,400 making the loan-to-value equal to 58%,” said Sean N.
